Phone screen, then virtual interview. Waiting to receive offer, then the typical background checks and pre-employment drug-screen from what I was told. With this being on-site, titers and vaccinations will be mandatory.

Interview
Great virtual interview! Communication, regarding expectations, explained. Interviewer has been with the company for 21 years. After interviewing, I knew I wanted to join the team. Before interviewing, I knew nothing about the company, now I feel I have been well informed.
I applied and was emailed a few days later to answer some basic questions. Pretty much a screening. I had a zoom Interview a few days later with 2 individuals. A manager and VP. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.
