I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Datasite (London, England) in Dec 2018
Interview
1. Phone interview - fairly easy, standard questions. Most of the time was spent by the other party explaining their business and asking about my experiences.
2. Screen-sharing interview - it involved 2 people (other than myself) remotely on Skype. I was asked very specific questions about Selenium ("What kind of exceptions can you get?") and I was asked to do a coding exercise (Fibonacci).... on Notepad....
The problem is, both the interviewers were native Indians, I had a hard time understanding their accent. They also mispronounced "Fibonacci" as "Fibonakki", which didn't help.
I wish they'd just let me use my IDE of choice (IDEA), I don't get the choice of notepad, it doesn't add any value.
I didn't proceed further in the interview process as I received a great offer.
I wasn't to keen on moving on with them anyway...
