Overall, it was a very positive experience up until the very end...where I simply got ghosted and never heard back. I had 3 phone interviews and 1 in person interview. Everyone I spoke with was positive, down to earth and seemed to really care about the company. Very laid back environment. I got an update after each phone interview ranging from that same day up until a week later. However, after the in person interview I never heard back. I understand that they may be overwhelmed with other candidates, but even a simple rejection email would've given me closure so I wouldn't be waiting for a response for weeks.
