I did not get an interview after prescreening with the recruiter. The bar was higher than what I was expecting. The recruiter call was not so difficult, but they never gave a reason for not getting back, just ghosted.

It was done all through Teams with questions and answers and all communication has been done through Teams which makes me wonder if its fraud. Has anyone else had this process?
