Databricks required seven rounds of interviews for a non-management position, which is excessive and not respectful of our time at all. The interview process is ridiculously long and completely unnecessary. I spent two weeks doing seven rounds of interviews for a non-management position, only to not even receive a job offer.

In the seven rounds of interviews, I was asked the same questions over and over again. I felt like I was just repeating myself in each of the seven interviews.
