Long! But we’ll worth the time commitment. By the end you should have had 3+ calls with your future manager which in my opinion is really nice, so much of your happiness and success at work is based off of your manger.
Process was:

3. Technical screen with future team members
4. Take home code assessment
5. Executive 1-on-1
6. Hiring Manager pt.2 + walkthrough for presentation
7. Presentation
8. Optional: additional 1-on-1s with team members or cross functional team to assess whqt level you should come in at

Have a conversational understanding of Spark. No need to know it all, but demonstrate you put time into learning.
It was a very fun and good process, your time is valued and you are treated very well.

The recruiter ghosted after the tech round, although the tech round went really good. Simple questions, basic databricks skills, apache spark required but not mentioned in the job desc

Interview
A structured hiring process. Multiple rounds that included recruiter screening interview, hiring manager interview, coding assignment, technical interview, stakeholder interview, panel presentation and finally a senior executive interview. Took around 6 weeks from the time of application to complete all the rounds.
