Went through four rounds of interviews only to be ghosted at the end—not even an email acknowledging they wouldn't be moving forward with my employment. I followed up multiple times with the HR team and no response from them either. All around, disappointing after investing time in the process.

Question 1
Role specific questions were posed throughout the process.
Fairly standard approach. Phone screen with recruiter, then video call with hiring manager. Both I thought went well. During the discussion with hiring manager, they confirmed an interest for an additional meeting. I sent in a standard thank you, and over the next three weeks I checked back to lock down that next meeting. Got no response back and was ghosted. Seems the standard these days, and disappointing as the team could have at least sent a simple email on my candidacy.
Q: Can you tell me a time when you needed to convince senior leadership to a direction. What steps did you take. What level of information did you provide. What was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Databricks (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Recruiter screen was followed by individual interviews with various leaders on the team and finished with a panel interview to present a 30/60/90 plan for the role. Overall great process, timely follow-ups and brilliant team.
