I did my interview with the hiring manager first before the recruiter talk. The scheduling of the interviews was extremely fast, and I had two interviews on one day. They asked about your experience, even had a role play... I had a great time speaking with all my interviewers. They were all extremely nice and the interviews felt very personable too. However, I didn't get the job and I found out after asking the recruiters a couple of times regarding an update in the timeline. They decided to go with someone with more experience.
