Interview
For my position as a software engineer, I did an initial interview with my potential future Director where we discussed the job's requirements and my background. I then had discussions with the person who would be my direct manager, and with some of his reports, to go into more detail and assess my skills. I felt it was an honest skills assessment.

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer and how you handled it. Be specific.
Could be questions about cloud deploys, python, sql, mongo ... tools that you might use in the job.
