I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DataOne (Beverly, MA) in Mar 2024
Interview
After seven rounds of interviews, I was informed that the company had decided to pursue a different direction in its hiring strategy, seeking a candidate with management experience leading a team. This decision seemed to deviate from the initial discussions we had regarding my qualifications and fit within the organization. It was surprising that management experience suddenly became a prerequisite, especially considering that neither I nor my references were questioned about this aspect of my background.
Another concerning aspect was the lack of updates to the job posting's requirements despite the change in hiring strategy. This inconsistency further complicated my understanding of the company's priorities and the consistency of the process.
During one of the interviews, I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness both in significant tardiness and gilb talk about not being a "team player."
While it seems like a majority of the existing team at this company is tightly knit and would be a good employer, expect to experience an extensive hiring process, assessment, and personality test.

The interviewer was very disrespectful. They ghosted me and made me jump through too many hoops. Did 4 interviews and got ghosted. Bunch of useless questions as well. Environment seemed weird
