The interview was pretty standard with questions around why I would be a good fit, examples of situations where I changed people's mind with data, the most impactful project ever led, and some technical SQL question. I felt the vibe was very impersonal and performance-performance-performance oriented - expected with a US based company. I thought it went okay and we talked about the next steps and compensation but 1h later I got an automatic e-mail with a rejection, which felt impersonal, but alas standard.
