DataBeat interview questions

I have completed 1st round of interview and 2nd round is PPT presentation which I was completed then 3rd round was scheduled on 5th feb and as manager was on other meeting it was rescheduled to 6th of Feb but even on 6th they are not free and HR told he will come up with new date and I have been following them since 2 weeks and they kept on saying profile on hold and today when I called them they have been saying that our CEO gone through your profile and they rejected it. My concern is without going through profile properly inbefore hand why the 3rd round of interview was scheduled for 2 times and without at-least interviewing me after sending invite mails and keeping me waiting for 2 weeks now they are saying rejected. As it’s a startup company and as recruitment team is base for companies growth this team should be well structured. I kindly request you to please look into hiring process and set it right to stop further miscommunications.
