They send you a link to take an online assessment. I'm not sure what they do after the assessment. I didn't hear back from them. I don't think you can re-apply at a later date.

Absolute waste of time and not the kind of company you'd want to work with. The assessments aren't complicated but they do take a long time, and they don't reject anyone formally - but they keep you in their candidate backlog for when their existing workers leave. Overall, it's just a really scummy company.
