Interview
Very intense including personality assessment, honesty/integrity test, role playing and more. The owner is INTENSE. If working there is anything like interview process I'm not sure I'd be a good fit.

Question 1
I had to do a role play with the owner of a sales situation that he threw at me and gave me a few minute to prepare for. He is really big on Sandler sales methods and was looking to see if I used all of those strategies

Overall, this was a poor interview experience. They do not pay for travel of any kind. I paid for my transportation. Afterwards, they ghosted me. I sent thank you letters, and asked for follow ups. I do not recommend interviewing at this company. Unprofessional. You will waste your money.
