Data Exchange Inc. interview questions

Submitted application, got a call back the next day. Invited to come in for a face to face interview. Asked to complete a computer assessment before the interview. Had interview with one lady who had me read a list of words and asked basic questions. Wanted to know if I could work the days and hours and if this job is something I'm interested in doing. I was hired on the spot and started the next week.

The environment was good, there was good energy. They ask what you do, if you go to school, for what, where did you work before, how you handle an angry customer. They have you read words that have to do with the job. Basically to make you know English. No back ground check. However the interview did not prepare for what the job asked for.
