Applied online through LinkedIn. Three steps.
1. Got call from the team leader, informal chat. Set up for a formal interview.
2. Another interview with company partner, STAR based questions related to my past experience. Based on handling situations, work priorities, etc.
3. Interview with company partner(different, they have two), very similar interview process/ questions.
