Interview
I went in for my interview, spoke with the shift supervisor and an HR rep. Talked about experience, learning ability, did I have hobbies, were there any problems that would keep me from getting hired. They ran a background check and they asked if anyone referred me or if I knew anyone who worked there.

Interview
Very easy-just do a simulation test much like the work you would have on the job then interview with HR the same week. Very easy questions they give you. If you have direct experience it helps a lot!
Does testing to make sure you are capable of sorting the documents according to instruction. Gives you a list of instructions, almost exactly as you would receive from a client, a stack of random documents (medical, legal, etc.) and times you while you sort them. Not very challenging however. Asks basic questions regarding past employment, education, etc. No questions that would be considered out of the ordinary.
