Several Interviews with directors and a consulting test. This test consists of many small task. Many tasks involve using the Quintiq-Software. You need to code as well as explain/apply UML/OO-Principles. You need to solve a planning puzzle and to model a small planning problem.
For a sales position, it is also necessary to do a half-hour presentation. They will send you the slides one week in advance.

One hour screen call . Before getting a chance for that interview you have to pass the so called combustion challenge which is a bit hard. Then if you pass the interview you get the chance to attend the weekly BC challenge which is a kind of simulation Quintiq project which measures how appropriate you are for the job itself. At end of that phase if you pass successfully you get the job offer.
