Very casual as it is a small company. Low stress. The interviewers were very kind and laid back. The shop smelled so yummy it was really nice to sit in he back and get to smell the aromas. There weren't as lot of deep thinking questions, I got a feeling that they were more trying to see the personality and heart of the person being interviewed.
