waste of time - four stages with 2 trips to london the first of which was a silly assessment centre where they make 20 people make markets based on card values and is not reimbursed. very stupid. final stage is a meeting with the CEO who just talks crap for 20 minutes and insults the answers you give, very unprofessional and rude. dont waste your time interviewing its not enough of a high-tier firm to waste your time.
