Absolute joke. I was approached on linkedin by a recruiter who asked me to send my cv. 2 entire weeks of ghosting followed up. In the end, i received an automated rejection email. Absolutely unbelievable that these people approach you THEMSELVES and then ghost you AND then reject you with an automated email. Not even a 10 min phone call to get to know you or a feedback based rejection. Makes me think if they are just farming data...do not send them your cv!!!

Interview
Initial confirmation for scheduling first call via email which was a technical round which was virtual and then a standard HR round, after that there was another technical round of interview which was in person.
