HR skype interview, then assessment center consisting of a Math & English test, followed by a presentation and a final interview with the hiring manager and HR. Overall process was not extremely difficult, however they look for a specific profile of people that fits their culture and values. They like people who are open and can express themselves well in an interview. They also value people with a strong passion in sustainability and social business, since this has been Danone's agenda for the past few years now.
