Sending in your application online and then a group interview where you are asked questions and had to style an outfit. If you were successful you then had a trial shift.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: If you could meet one person dead or alive who would it be?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dangerfield in Nov 2023
Interview
Handed in resume in person, and online. got an interview multiple weeks later through zoom, casual questions. Didn't hear back again until the next month. They also didn't have an option to pick the store I was applying for online so you have to put in a different store, this was over two years ago and remains true.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard questions nothing out of the ordinary. "Tell me about yourself," "why do you want to work here"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dangerfield (Geelong) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online, and then was called into a group interview. There were roughly 20 of us in total, but generally there aren't so many. EVERYONE was dressed in Dangerfield clothing/clothing that could pass as being from Dangerfield and a full face of makeup. Initially, we were all asked a question from a list of questions. Then, put in pairs and asked to introduce one another and tell 3 fun facts about each other. We were then split into groups and given a scenario; ours was based on priorities, and what customers/situations we would attend to first.
