Over the course of a year & interviewing for two roles, Danaher has disappointed every time with its disengaged & broken recruitment process. I won't apply here again and I'm hesitant to work with or recommend them as an industry partner going forward.
In 2024, I was approached by a Danaher recruiter about a newly created role. I spoke with the recruiter & then had a great discussion with the hiring manager. They ended up not hiring anyone for that role and never bothered to contact me. Then, in 2025, an internal executive referred me to another new position (same Sr Dir/VP level). I got an email from a Danaher recruiter that said I was "shortlisted" for the position and asked me to answer some lengthy screening questions. After I sent my answers, they scheduled the 1st round interview with the hiring manager. I thought it went exceedingly well and we spoke over the allocated time for the meeting. I'm a very strong fit for this role AND had an internal referral. I sent brief follow-up notes to both the hiring manager and the internal recruiter. It's been over 3 weeks, and I've heard nothing from anyone. This kind of disrespectful process (as noted by many other Danaher applicants here on Glassdoor) will make it very hard to attract & keep talent.
