Lengthy, but clear communication at every stage. Started with a slide deck submission, followed by an aptitude test, then three rounds of case interviews with increasingly higher levels of employees. Took ~4 months to receive the offer.

Interview
Interviewed for the Abu Dhabi office, one with the Associate Partner and one with the Partner. Both were combined fit and NGO/public sector case interviews over Microsoft Teams, around 1 hour each in December 2021/January 2022. Questions and cases were moderately difficult, but the interviewers were very warm and welcoming throughout the process.
