There was a typical screening interview, followed by a hiring manager interview, followed by a panel interview. Interviewers seemed to have different objectives and were looking for different skills or personality type for the role. I didn't get the sense that they were aligned. I also picked up on a feeling that things might be a bit disorganized across the company. I wasn't selected for the role, however, considering I ranked them lower on my preference list, I was ok with their decision

4 Steps: 1) HR Screening Interview: 30 minutes, 2) 1st Panel Interview with 2 Senior Clinical Operations Team Members: 1 hour, 3) 2nd Panel Interview with 3 Senior Clinical Operations Team Members: 1.5 hours, 4) Final Interview with Hiring Manager: 1 hour. The second panel interview included behavioral and targeted selection questions that were provided in advance of the interview. It was a clear, organized, and friendly process that moved along at a reasonable pace.
