Incredible efficient, effective, and unlike any [interview or TA] experience I have ever had within Pharma or any sector(s)
Huge shout out to Kameel Khan! If you have the opportunity to work with him, do know he will change the way you view talent acquistion. Any PTSD you may have from mismanagement in your previous experience; leave it at the door and embrace a very new and rare candidate experience.
I believe Daiichi differs, as they dont try to fool or trick you. They provide the interview questions up front and are more honed in on culture adherence.. and I will admit, for a very good reason. I am skilled at interviewing; I see it for what it is -but when it comes to culture, you either fit in or you do not fit in. The culture at DSI is unique. This may be due to the smaller size of the company, and I can see the challenges in maintaining such a healthy, strong and true culture; whilst acquiring strong talent. In short and redirecting to the question, the interview process was smooth, effective, efficient, direct, transparent, quite organic to be honest. The emotional ups and downs were smoothed with immediate feedback and active communication, and encouraged active communication by Kameel. He encouraged me to reach out with any questions at any time, text, call or email... and he truly meant this. I was hesitant, as I am certain those of you reading this would/will be, but dont hesitate - reach out in whichever manner is most comfortable and be blown away by how quickly you get a phone call and very transparent feedback, or update on where you stand in the process.
