I applied online. I interviewed at Daiichi Sankyo in Aug 2025
Interview
The process was incredibly long and they will go 2-3 weeks in between each step to contact you. You will meet with Recruiter, Manager, Manager's team, 3 other managers, Panel interviews with 2-3 managers, Panel interviews with Manager and executive leaders - the worst part is that they completely ghost you in between steps and each step is weeks apart - the whole process was at least 2+ months. At lease communicate CLEARLY this process so people are left wondering. If you are interviewing with other companies, i gauranteee this one will be the slowest. at the end no offer was made and I received a canned email. After going through this extensive process, the least you can do is notify people right away versus having them wait and give a person email. So rude and complete turn off to go back. If you interview there reach out to as many current employees as possible to see what they think of the manager, culture etc. I have heard in hind sight so many disgruntled employees and so glad i did not get this job,
