I completely understand recruiters are not forced by law to formally terminate a recruitment process. However, it leaves Renault Dacia's (and their recruitment partner "EasyDo"'s) name in a very bad light.
I was contacted over a month ago by their recruiter after applying to a job opening days prior to this interaction. The recruiter told me the name of the company (Renault Dacia) and asked me for my salary rate and contract type. After promptly replying to her with said requirements, I got entirely ghosted up to this date with no reply in sight (and already a different job offer signed after a positive, completely opposite experience compared to this one). This says a lot about EasyDo's standards for recruiters and Renault's partnerships and hiring process.
I would deeply advise you to review internal standards and remember that recruitment partners leave the first (and sometimes last) impression of their clients.
