Most likely probing into past experience and projects, trying to understand my experience
1st two rounds about past project and last round was very quick with CEO, to understand my background and interests
2 rounds . No technical rounds . Friendly and patient . Quick to get back . Asked about past experience and expertise . Set clear expectations and called back within a week after the last interview to offer the role

Had 5 separate interviews with 5 different interviewers. I took being called back for another interview to be a good sign. After that many interviews I expected at least a rejection letter. Even after sending follow up emails, I never heard back from them.
