2 interviews. One by phone the other through FaceTime. Pretty sure I did not receive an offer because of my age. Was told that the first person that interviewed me would get in contact with me on next steps. Received a text 2 1/2 weeks later that they were not moving forward. Pretty much ghosted

Applied and received an interview invite a few days later. Interview with recruiter the following week. It was an easy-going interview. At the end was told she (the recruiter) would forward her questions/responses to the team and will hear something back soon.

There was a zoom interview with the regional manager and one of the admins who had currently been hired. They asked about my last job and if I had any experience with budgets.
