2 remote interviews. Both were balanced and fair. 1st interview was more of a conversation. 2nd interview was behavioral-based. I was told the recruiter would call me by Friday. Was disappointed that nobody got back to me with regard to status of my candidacy afterwards despite following up with internal recruiter. Job was reposted so I assumed I didn't get it. A follow-up email or call was all that would have made this a better experience.
