Straightforward and efficient. Excellent recruiting and onboarding team. Timely responses to questions. Specialized and organized departments for each category of the process. Interview was behavioral based questions and was one on one with hiring manager. Opportunity to visit unit and get a sense of day to day operations was very helpful in decision to accept position.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
