Interview
After applying online Davita will call you to set up an interview. I had one interview with them before I was hired. Depending on the role you are applying for you may be required to take a test and have more than one interview. They ask you the basic questions during the interview but what is really important to them is your personality. They like to hire very outgoing and friendly people. So make sure to smile and crack a few jokes. Davita is all about having fun and interacting with everyone. So if you are a loner this job wouldn't work for you.
