I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Apr 2015
Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter that was a discussion around DaVita culture and fit; after which I was brought in for an in-person interview with 4 team members and the Director over the course of 4 hours. The interview was really more of a feel for fit in the team and working capacity, rather than directly skill focused. There was a brief Excel skills test, focused on how one would approach the problem, rather than actually testing for right/wrong answers.

Interview
Phone screening with HR recruiter, Amie was disheartening and unprofessional. Normally phone screenings consist of discussing role, company and experience. She was asking me about situational data related questions that were super vague and clearly just being read off a piece of paper. It felt like she was only looking for key specific words in my responses instead of actually listening to what I had to say. I'm pretty sure when I asked her to elaborate on a question, she responded with, 'what do you mean' which was extremely unprofessional and tacky.
