Interview
Several rounds of fairly standard 1:1 interviews with peers and managers. Finished with a panel interview where you must present and field questions on a strategic project. I felt very positive throughout the process, but I did not get an offer and I received no feedback to understand why.

Interview process was standard. Company culture is apparently lacking and it shows in the process and demeanor of the hiring team. Would have appreciated a more personable approach in the interview process
A sourcer reached out to me about a role, we schedule the interview, and the recruiter subsequently ghosts me and never shows up for the interview or doesn’t bother to respond to my email. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Interview
I loved the thought provoking questions vs. the typical behavioral ones. They were real world questions about the industry and where it is headed. It was like having a discussion with a colleague. Felt at ease and confident.
