I had a very good initial interview where I connected with the recruiter. They were excited to speak to me. The second interview with the two team leads went very well. I got an automated email a week later saying I didn't get the job. I reached out to the recruiter to ask what happened and was ghosted. The manager I would report to was brand new. I found out through a connection there that a new person's first hire is a big deal with the organization and they are under a lot of pressure to deliver. I saw the job reposted last week.
