Number of interviews: 3 I just want to come on here and say that their interview process is CHAOS. First interview was just over the phone and that's pretty normal. Second interview was unnecessary because they don't work for the location I was applying at. I asked them during the second interview about what's next, they told me I will be scheduled for the 3rd interview with the people who actually works at the location. I asked them some things about the actual work and they were like "uhmm we don’t know because we're not actually from the location you're submitting your application for so yeah, you'll have an interview again with them tomorrow." It was so UNNECESSARY and may I mention that the questions for the 3rd interview were all repeats of the 2nd interview. Okay, and finally during this 3rd interview one of the panel asked me if I have a family, a husband and kids. I was DUMBFOUNDED. It was so INAPPROPRIATE. Anyway, I already had job offer from another company by the time Davita conducted the 3rd interview (I wanted to see if they will match the offer, they didn't). To Davita, remind your clinical nursing managers that it is illegal for an employer to make a hiring decision based on your family status, so there is no reason for those questions to come up during job interviews.
