First a phone interview then a face to face interview. On the phone basic questions are asked, why the company? Do you have experience? Will you accept the starting pay rate? etc. The Face to face interview was more intense in my experience. I had 4 manager from the county sitting at a table asking me questions, sometimes repeated question just asked differently .. I'm assuming because I wasnt giving them the answer they wanted to hear.

Great! Straightforward, all responsibilities were discussed in interview . Seen the day to day task with shadowing, met the staff and was told what was expected of me as a PCT.
