Applied online and recruiter contacted within a few days. After answering the scenario questions, the recruiter praised how much she liked me, wants to get me in asap to meet the team and will be in contact within the next few days. The recruiter never contacted me back. It’s like they lie to your face about how great you are and then forget about you.

Describe a difficult time between you and a coworker and how did you resolve it.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
