I apply the job on app, after that hr call me for first interview on teams and after a month call me for face to face interview. First round, hr,manager and senior manager interview me and second round general manager interview me.

Recruiter called to schedule an interview. All set, but they call back to cancel it due to not screening the my information in detail earlier. Quite unprofessional, I wish they respect candidate's time a bit more. Their lack of recruiting SOP is a red flag
