Was interviewed through ismepower platform. I have worked here for close to 2 months. A total waste of time. The CTO -Parsa is exteremly rude to talk to. They basically want ppl to work for them for free. A totally directionless company run by a few male chauvinist pigs. Please avoid if you can and Invest your energy in better things

Interview

They have you create a technical design to solve a problem. Must be completed within 24 hours. Spent around 6 hours on the design then never heard back from the company. Apparently they use AI to screen the design, not sure how that works.

Horrible interview process. Applied to design but got asked marketing questions. People in charge are primarily male and have a snobby attitude. Company seemed messy and questions/instructions were unclear. Definitely do not recommend.
