Interview
You had to prepare a business case and present it to a simulated board. This was interspersed by talks with managers of different branches, to get a feel for you.
I was contacted by recruiter, we scheduled an interview. It was a very long interview with many questions in STAR methodology. They asked about everything - interest in languages, courses taken, university degree, work experience, command of computer tools, personality, salary expectations etc.
