They ask you some basic interview question. There is really nothing difficult. Its the standard Call Center interview. If you can work the hours, you're basically hired on the spot.

Interview was smooth, interviewer did not pressure you much, tested more on speaking etiquette since the job position is regarding to call centre, asked to speak in English, Mandarin and Cantonese to self-introducing
