These are what I remember, and they weren't difficult. The SJT was about using your common sense, confidentiality, tact and communication skills.
The online interview was quite short, 3 pre-recorded questions and a time limit to express your answers.

It is a very long process, with multiple stages as you work through sifting. But absolutely worth the time and effort to secure employment and work for the company. There are also many opportunities to further develop yourself professionally.
