DVA interview questions

Really slow, the guy seemed to not be interested at all. Was as if they were making him do it. I for the job so I w I'll not complain I guess.

Interviews are based on canned questions by under qualified individuals who in turn hire additional under qualified individuals. The process to get an interview takes up to a year. Resumes are kicked out based on keywords. Talented candidates are often passed on due to management inexperience or political parties.
