Interview
I applied through the DT Global careers platform and was invited to an initial HR screening. The main round was a panel interview with the program manager and regional technical staff, focusing on stakeholder coordination, policy analysis, and monitoring and evaluation. I was also asked to complete a short written task—a one-page policy brief with recommendations. The process was structured and professional, followed by reference and safeguarding checks before the final offer.

How would you coordinate ASEAN and national counterparts to deliver a concise policy brief under a tight deadline, and how would you measure its impact?
The interview process went smoothly. There are four panels (3 from the technical team and one from HR). It was all done professionally and efficiently. Each panel asked one question, and at the end of the session we are given the opportunity to ask question to the panel.

Have you faced a crisis during your previous job? How did you manage the situation?
Normalmente te hacen 2-3 entrevistas para entrar, uno con RRHH y otros con el equipo. La entrevista tiene preguntas bastante estándares, nada fuera del lugar, quieren ver tu motivación, experiencia etc. Te pueden hacer una prueba escrita para ver cómo responder a emails, cómo tratarías ciertas situaciones.
