Interview
Interviewed with two members of the senior team. They seemed happy, including asking for my availability, offering me a tour of the studio, asking what kinds of projects I would like to work on. I was told that I would hear back soon. I had to chase, called and emailed multiple times and was promised again that I would hear back as they were finalising. They never got back to me.
Hugely unfair to ask candidates to prepare for an interview, and not even offer them an answer as to whether they were successful or not, talk less of any feedback.
I had a positive interview experience where the atmosphere was more conversational and collaborative rather than strictly formal, which allowed a more open exchange of information and a better understanding of each other's expectations.

Tell a little about yourself. Run through your portfolio. Explain previous profesional experience and my role in each project. Classic weakness and strengths. Software skills and experience. CV gaps.
CHANGE MY INTERVIEWEE IN BETWEEN MY INTERVIEW. AND NOT GIVEN ANY FEEDBACK I arrived 10 minutes early and they didn't have anyone to greet me or tell me where to wait. They temporarily changed my interviewer before the interview was about to start. One interviewer was very impatient with the presentation, while the other, an older architect, showed respect for my work. There was no email notification of the results after the interview.
