They use HireVue, which is a software where they record questions and you record answers. It doesn't allow you to re-record and it was very awkward. More convenient for them, but a terrible applicant experience. You don't get to talk to anyone or check if it's a good fit, so you can't get any of your own questions answered making it a true one-way interview. After that, I moved on to doing a sample work project (that they expected me to complete over the weekend) which in retrospect seemed like a way for them to get free work as it was something that would be useful to them next year. Was not worth the hassle to go through a video interview and project and never speak to a human. Not respectful of applicants' time.
