DPS Telecom Applications Developer interview questions

I went in for an 1st interview and I too (a) a typing test, (b) a hardware configuration test and (c) a personality test. I was asked to return the next day and took an IQ test, as well as spoke with two or more mid-level managers. I was told the last step was for them to schedule a meeting with the CEO Bob Berry and had been told the interview process had gone very well. Nothing happened; no letter and no followup call. The position offered only $13 to $17 per hour. This wage was a good starting wage 15 years ago. Given that even with just standard of living increases this should be closer to competitive wages ($22 to $24...) reflected on Salary.com for the position and zip code. Perhaps if DPS Telecom REALLY wants real talent, it should start by offering a REAL salary.
